We began trading in 1998. Communication technology was evolving quickly and it was changing the way that people done business. Our goal has been to deliver new and innovative technologies to our customers enabling them to gain the commercial benefit of being early adopters. Along the way we separated our retail and business to business operations and Premier Telecom was born.
Today we offer a more specialised service to our business customers than ever before. We focus on building great relationships with our customers. After an initial telephone conversation we'll arrange an appointment to come and meet with you. We will carry out an analysis of any existing solutions that you may have and explain the options that may be available to improve your infrastructure, enhance processes and reduce costs.

Proposal

If we are able to offer improved solutions and reduce your expenditure, we will present our recommendations in the form of a proposal. We will confirm the timeframe for implementation and any configuration or installation requirements.

Provision

If you go ahead and decide to choose Premier Telecom, we will ensure that all services are switched over with minimum interruption for your organisation.

Installation

Our experienced technicians are fully trained to install, configure and maintain the vast majority manufacturers systems. Installation will take place on a mutually agreed date to suit your organisation and your workplace will be left clean and tidy.
